Boot Camp Challenge is the answer.

Our program has 100% success rate, was created for every fitness level, and is less than $16 per class. All our exercises are modified for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels of fitness. We will help you reach your personal goals in our unique and results-driven program. 


Pre and post assessments create a baseline to measure your success so your BCC Trainer has a snapshot of each camper’s fitness.


A customized and individualized nutrition plan for each camper based on their personal goals.

Workouts & Support

Full-body workouts that incorporate cardiovascular training, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Different workouts each session are designed for every fitness level so you don’t get bored. You’ll also enjoy ongoing support from your trainer, both in and out of sessions.

Team Building

We incorporate camaraderie to provide motivation in every class.

Kids Kamp Challenge Camp is a program created for kids, by kids. Each day includes include, exercise, crafts, personal reflection. This program is dedicated to the health and fitness of all kids. Our main goal is MOVING the next generation!

Boot Camp Challenge is available for in-person and virtual sessions.
